SIXTH ENTRY
[Here is Shane on video, looking a little uncomfortable. No. More then a little uncomfortable.]
Thanks for the gifts uh..Dracula and others.
Hope you liked yours. [Namely that he wanted everyone to get a correctional handbook and all wardens to get a badge.]
Dean Winchester?
Think you and I oughta have a sit-down.

Anytime!
Re: Anytime!
Maybe now would be good?
[She throws it... not necessarily at him, but it clatters on the ground in front of him.]
o hai there did someone order a Dean?
Then he realizes that he recognizes the deeper voice, realizes that's an argument brewing, and tucks the file away into his jacket pocket as he glances up and jogs to close the distance. ]
Hey, hey, whoa, everyone take a deep breath. [Dean doesn't know the woman, and he has absolutely no doubt he won't get anywhere now, but he still flips on the easy charm because it usually gets him further than just barking orders. Nonetheless, he intends to shove between them and won't stop until he gets the job done.]
What's going on here?
WEEE
[He frowns at her.] This ain't nice. I'm not being nice.

Nothing... it's nothing... Sorry. I didn't mean to alarm you....

Instead he cocks an eyebrow at Shane, lets the painted-on grin go impish.]
Sure it is. I'm your warden now, so this is all kinds of me.
[His good hand twisted into Shane's sleeve isn't anywhere near as friendly as his tone or the smile he turns on the woman, apparently oblivious to her panicking.]
You didn't, darlin'. You okay, miss...? [Crap, why doesn't he know who this is.]
no subject
He's his warden. Well great.]
...You're my warden? You?
[Shane's tone is flat, turning annoyed quickly before pushing his shoulder in his direction.] Yeah okay this ain't your business then. I gave her a gift. Sorry it offended. Jesus lady, cut a guy some slack.

Cashmere...
[A warden. Great, just peachy...]
I'm fine... I just... bad memories came up and I over reacted...
[Her gaze flickered over to Shane, warily, but almost as an unspoken warning. Don't. Say. A. Word.]

[The hunter isn't as oblivious as his easy smile suggests, he knows there's something else going on here, but he has priorities right now - he's got to, because there's something...
Shane tries to shrug him off but Dean isn't having it, keeps his hold sufficiently to try to tilt the shorter but bulkier man away from both himself and Cashmere, back down the hall. He's only worried about Cashmere insofar as what she's going to do with regards to Shane.]
You good? You uh... [There's a moment that god, this just feels stupid, but he can't come up with anything better to say, so whatever.] Need to call someone? Or something?
[Swapping his attention to Shane, he raises both eyebrows.]
I thought we were having a sit-down.
no subject
[Dean does not enter into the picture. "I thought we were having a sit down" gets ignored for a moment as he turns away from them both for a moment...looking down the hallway.]
...Got held up. The fuck you want with that.
no subject
[Her own comment is just short of a snarl. But she glances back at the warden and shakes her head.]
I'm fine... I'll be fine, I don't need to call anyone.
no subject
Alright, we'll be getting outta your hair, then.
[Never quite loses it, anyway, until he looks back at Shane. He notes the crown that seemed to be in dispute but, having no clue what it's about and seeing that it's clearly not something that belongs to his new inmate, the hunter shoves at his hold on the older man's shirt to push him towards the cabin he'd been headed for originally.]
C'mon. We need to chat.
no subject
He will however lead them back to his cabin, leaning against the door before opening it.]
Don't fucking judge me. She's overreacting.
